| The Sorrento Scottish Country Dancers ( Adult Group) was formed in the Fall of 1995 and the first ever display team danced at the very first Burns Night held in Sorrento in January 1996 and we have never looked back. There have been invitations for the group to dance at the Wellness Fair, OAPO Wheels to Meals, St. Andrews & All Saints Pot Luck Suppers, the BC OAPO Convention 2000 held in Sorrento and every Burns Night. |  |
| Our first home was in the Sorrento Center and as our numbers increased and we out grew the Center the OAPO offered us the use of their Drop In Center. We are thankful to both groups for the superb facilities. We are also fortunate to be grant aided by the Sorrento Lions Club. |

Our group welcomes all dancers,
and especially beginners. New  members
are always welcome. You do not need a partner, just bring a smile and be
ready to enjoy yourself. |
